Crossroads Treatment Centers is one of the largest and fastest growing providers of outpatient Opioid Treatment Services. With nationally accredited outpatient centers across the country, our specialized treatment program has been helping people suffering from opioid addiction for over 10 years.
We are currently seeking a Medical Director in Picayune, MS to work 2 days a week, 2 hours each day with a monthly stipend of $4,000 per month. This will initially be a part-time position with early morning hours. Our MD must be a Board certified psychiatrist or Physician, licensed by the Mississippi Board of Medical Licensure. Experience with substance use disorder treatment in preferred.

Monitor and evaluate patients in recovery & provide interventions that will eliminate or reduce Substance Abuse.
Oversee medical care provided to patients
Consult patients about addiction risks
Continually talk with patients about how their medication is working
Monitor and evaluate patients in recovery & provide interventions that will eliminate or reduce substance abuse
Signing off on and approval/denial of exception reports
Being available/on call for emergencies and approval of changes in doses for emergencies for your center
Participating in Weekly Treatment Team to review cases, phase increases and staff difficult cases.
Actively execute coordination of care for patients
Assist with coverage for each other for vacations and other requested time off.
Perform other duties as required and described for Medical Director per federal and state regulations
