Aerojet Rocketdyne is seeking a Senior Analyst, Program Management to join our team at Stennis Space Center in Mississippi . The Space Launch System (SLS) Assembly Operations Integrator at Stennis Space Center (SSC) is a leadership position that reports directly to the SSC Assembly Operations Manager.
This position is responsible for the effective execution and integration of SLS engine processing activities in the Building 9101 Engine Assembly Facility and the leadership of a multi-functional multi-site team assigned to perform SLS assembly operations. This includes integration of program technical requirements into a plan and integrated master schedule that establishes resource needs and supports effective team execution.

Essential Job Functions (Including % of Time for Each)
The SLS Assembly Operations Integrator acts as the project lead for SLS Assembly Projects including responsibility for technical requirements coordination, estimating/proposal inputs, planning, scheduling, operations execution support, Earned Value input and continuous improvement initiatives. These activities include identification and proactive management of risks and opportunities, resolution of issues, and schedule performance. Critical to the success of this role is active communication with both the SLS Program and Operations Management.
This position works within the Site Operations function and in concert with site Test Operations, Assembly Operations, Integrated Master Scheduling, SSC SLS Program Integration, and support functions to simultaneously achieve organizational goals and program objectives. Additional responsibilities include team leadership and direct assembly operations support, ensuring processes and best practices are employed to achieve the required results, implementing system and process efficiencies, on-time assembly operations execution, and facility system availability and readiness that support Customer engine processing schedules.
This role requires knowledge and expertise in engine assembly processes, facility support systems, and management experience dealing with complex operations and work flow. Success requires strong diplomatic skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships based on honest, proactive and open communication.
75% - Operations Integration leadership, program planning, and communicating progress updates with respect to schedule, cost, and quality objectives; assembly operations process execution; coordination of technical requirements; and program support.
15% - Support and promote all Aerojet Rocketdyne SSC site processes and requirements including initiatives for continuous improvement (ARBOS), assuring employee health and safety, and protecting product integrity.
10% - Leadership for various projects and initiatives as assigned by site management.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 5 years of directly related aerospace/industry experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
US Citizenship required. Must also be able to satisfy federal government requirements for access to government information, and having dual citizenship may preclude you from being able to meet this requirement. Additionally, individual must be able to obtain and maintain NASA Personnel Reliability Program (PRP) security clearance.

Demonstrated expertise in assembly and hardware processing operations including project integration and management. This includes application of the technical and operational aspects of rocket engine systems or similar product lines.
Knowledge and experience required in hardware assembly and processing requirements including drawing and process specification review and approvals, handling, installation, inspection, leak and functional testing and customer delivery.
Understanding of the following supporting operations and systems are preferred: Engine/Hardware Design Center Interfacing, Electronic Systems for design, work instructions, Bill Of Materials Development, Non-Conformance Processing, Ground Support Equipment & Tooling and Warehousing/Kitting/Traffic.
